Welcome to Gleam Skin Studio! Sarah has been a licensed Esthetician who has been working in the skincare industry since 2016. She specializes in eyebrow shaping, full face, and full body waxing using hypoallergenic hard wax. She is certified in Gua Sha + Lymphatic Drainage facial massage. Sarah opened Gleam Skin Studio to have the freedom to utilize the highest quality wax and aftercare products while sharing her passion for skincare. Cancellation Policy
Please be sure to read through all terms and conditions thoroughly prior to booking.
Late Arrival Policy:
I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A grace period of 5 minutes with notice is allowed; arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened service to stay on schedule for other clients.
Cancellation Policy:
I require 8 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than this notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
First time grace period: Everyone gets one pass. Your first late cancellation – no fee, no questions asked. After that, the policy above applies.
A card on file is required to book. Thank you for respecting my time so I can keep showing up fully for every client.
No-Show Policy:
Any appointment missed without notice ("no-show") will be charged 100% of the full-service price. After two no-show occurrences, a non-refundable deposit equal to the full-service amount is required to book future appointments.
